Survey Purpose: To ensure leadership has an ongoing and comprehensive understanding of our campus’ health needs. Survey topics will rotate annually. The goal of this survey is to enhance student health and wellbeing overall, re-orient or expanding health and wellbeing services, and understand barriers to receiving support.
